What we collect when you send a quote request, and what we do with it.
What we collect
When you use the quote form we collect the details you type: your name, phone number, ZIP code, the service you picked, how you want us to reach you, and your message. Your email address is optional. We also keep a scrambled code made from your internet address and the date. It cannot be turned back into the address, and it changes every day. We use it only to stop automated spam.
Why we collect it
To answer your request: to call, text or email you about the plumbing problem you described and give you a quote. We do not use it for anything else.
Who sees it
The people at PHI Group LLC who handle requests, and the services that run this site and our request handling (our hosting provider, and the tools we use to track and answer requests). They handle your details only to provide those services. We do not sell your information or share it for advertising.
How long we keep it
We keep a request for as long as we need it to answer you and to keep a record of any work we do for you. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

This site does not use advertising cookies.
